It lays out challenges faced by employers and job seekers alike, and concrete steps employers can take to make the most of their experienced workers in the age of AI. Launched in late-2024, the report has sparked continued conversation around the challenges and opportunities facing midcareer and older workers in navigating the rise of AI in the workplace.

The related communications campaign, Age-Proofing AI, combined an organic social media strategy based on data storytelling, and a media outreach plan to promote the report launch. The campaign’s videos, social media activation, thought leadership, and earned media, helped drive visibility of the report and promoted conversations on barriers to equal access to employment.

“The Anthem Awards were born out of the desire to amplify and celebrate the voices that are creating sustainable change and to inspire others to take action,” said Patricia McLoughlin, Anthem Awards General Manager. “In a year where so much is at stake, it is incredibly important to recognize impact work and celebrate the progress happening globally.
