We believe in the power of employment to change lives. Delivery Excellence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to bring the best of Generation every\u00a0day in every cohort in every country. We will support implementation\u00a0excellence across our global network for our\u00a0Shared Delivery Platform \u2013 the curricula, tools,\u00a0digital systems, data-tracking, and services that\u00a0Generation\u2019s global hub (GYE) provides to country affiliates. We will infuse our systems with AI-powered tools. And we will continue to capture and share innovations that emerge across our network so that all countries and learners can benefit. We will also engage and leverage the talents of our global alumni community.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Advocacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since our inception, we have prioritized employment and income outcomes measurement so that we can understand \u201cdoes the change last?\u201d. We will continue gathering this Durability data for our graduates and work to accelerate living wage attainment. We will support our countries to engage in third party impact assessments and counterfactual comparisons. We will engage in multi-year advocacy, training, and thought leadership to make Durability measurement mainstream rather than the current rarity that it is today. We will also continue to undertake original research and advocate for change \u2013 including addressing green jobs, gender issues, and ageism in employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the past two years, GYE has trialed a \u201cGeneration Direct\u201d model for expansion to new geographies \u2013 we train people remotely and place them in either remote jobs or local jobs with multinational employers.
